How to activate V4L and SPCA5XX driver for Labtec Webcam under foXServe

foXServe fully supports V4L and LABTEC webcam (available on e-shop), all you have to do is choose n from config menu.
This feature was included from release 1.3.3.


How to activate webcam support

*INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED

The SPCA5XX driver and V4L support and scripts can be easily activated by choosing n from config menu.
The installation process is fully automatic and is displayed in the picture below.
Alll support files will be placed in /mnt/flash/servfox/
spcaload, load the kernel modules, so launch it before attach the webcam
 servfox, is the webcam streaming server launch it with ./ servfox -d /dev/video0 -s 640x480 -w 7070
